Fitness Workout week#08

November 24, 2022  During lunch  time on Thursday, I went to do workout to be stronger, healthy and improve my muscle for whole body. I worked out in the fitness room at Vanier for 1 and half hour. Before I started I warm up for 15 minutes on trend-mill. Then  I start to pull the string to improve my triceps, biceps muscle and chest. I did curl up to improve my stomach muscles and hamstrings. I did each workouts 15 reps for 5 sets this time, which I increase it for each day I came to workout. After that I pulled up for last workout before I left the fitness room. Next, I  ran for another 10 minute and check the heart rate which was 178bts/min. Finally, I also did some flexibility exercise like… to prevent from injured. I’m really tiered after doing workout and lazy to do workout, but one thing which inspiring to do and enjoy it is music.

November 22, 2022 On Tuesday morning, I went to do workout in fitness room at Vanier . I did workout for 1 hour and half  to  improve body muscle. Before I did cardiovascular exercise, muscle endurance and flexibility after the workout. When I entered the fitness room, the first thing I started to workout was running on trend-mill to warm up myself a bit for 15 minutes to avoid getting a cramp.Then I start to pull the string to improve my triceps, biceps muscle and chest. I did curl up to improve my stomach muscles and hamstrings. I did each workouts 10 rep for 5 sets. As my energy decreased, I did pulled up for only 5 reps for 2 sets then I ran again on trend-mills and to check the heart rate which was 158bts/min. After that I did flexibility exercises for 5 minutes to avoid being injured my whole body muscle. I was a bit exhausted but I enjoyed to do it.

 November 16, 2022 On Wednesday noon, I reserved a spot to work out at Vanier during UB. I did workout for 1 hour and half  to  improve body muscle and become healthy. Before I did cardiovascular exercise, muscle endurance and flexibility after the workout. When I entered the fitness room, the first thing I started to workout was running on trend-mill to warm up myself a bit for 15 minutes to avoid getting a cramp. Then I started to do 15 push up then I increased 5 for each set. I did push for 5 sets/times. After that I went to pull the string to improve my triceps, biceps muscle and chest. I did curl up to improve my stomach muscles and hamstrings. I did each workouts 10 rep for 5 sets. As my energy decreased, I did pulled up for only 5 reps for 2 sets then I ran again on trend-mills and to check the heart rate. As I showed on the picture, my heart rate was 174bts/min. After that I did flexibility exercises for 5 minutes to avoid being injured my whole body muscle because I worked out

Soccer game work out week #07

November 13,2022 On Sunday morning, I went to play soccer as usual with my team against opponents team. With the weather of -2 degree cold, we warmer up for about 20 minutes, then we started the game. This time the opponents team picked the strong players with good passing technique with each other and many attacker players, but my team also have a strong defence. The other teams couldn’t score many goals because my team blocked all the ball every times they were prepare to shoot. This time not one win, but we tied with the score of 3:3. This game happened for 2 hours. After the game, we also did some flexibility expertise to prevent injured muscle. Even though it was cold, we still played and enjoyed very much, and this game is our last outdoor game which we played.   

Little riding bike work out week #06

November 2nd, 2022 On Wednesday afternoon, I rode a bike for 30 minute from home straight to the west along Sauvé/ Côte Vertu street. On that day the weather was nice and hot with 20-22 degree. I rode it all the way to Vanier College, but I rode it once one way and I went back by metro by carrying my bike into the train. The reason is I was a bit tired and I couldn’t rode it back home so I decided to take a train. Before I went back, I sat on the bench next to G-building for 15 minutes and also did flexibility exercise for another 5 minutes to prevent any injured that could happen after hark workout. I enjoyed very much of the view along the street and hot weather. I’m going to miss this moment of enjoying a long ride to the west.

Soccer game workout week #06

November 6th 2022 On Sunday morning, it was a rainy day with 15 degree. I went to soccer field to play soccer during the rainy day. One thing which I didn’t expected was, there were many player came and play soccer even though it was raining. Before the game started, my team, other team and I warmed up for 15-20 minute. Then we started the game, and this time my team still won like usual with the score of 8:7. We beat the opponent team by 1 point. The game lasted for 2 hours. After the game we also did flexibility exercise for 5 minute in order to prevent injured. We all enjoyed it very much even though it was rainy day.  

Riding a bike workout week#05

October 26,2022  On Wednesday afternoon with 22 degree hot, I rode a bike to improve muscle leg. It is one of good activity for exercising. I rode for 30 minutes and this time I rode to North to see different places. In that day as the weather is hot, there were so many people walking on side of street and many cars outside. After the ride I started to do flexibility also to prevent me from getting injured. I did it for 5 minutes. With the nice weather and view, I really enjoyed riding a bike around the city.
