Riding a bike workout week#05

 On Wednesday afternoon with 22 degree hot, I rode a bike to improve muscle leg. It is one of good activity for exercising. I rode for 30 minutes and this time I rode to North to see different places. In that day as the weather is hot, there were so many people walking on side of street and many cars outside. After the ride I started to do flexibility also to prevent me from getting injured. I did it for 5 minutes. With the nice weather and view, I really enjoyed riding a bike around the city.
