Soccer game workout week#05

On Sunday morning, I went to played soccer as usual with washer or 12-14 degree warm. My team and I did a 20 minutes warmup as in the morning it was a bit cold. The. We started a game and played for 2 hours. My teams had beaten the opponent team with the score of 10-2 which has never happened before. The reason is, there was a guy who has many opportunities to score many goal but he didn’t make it. Everyone and I thought that he seems to have a bad luck today because he suppose to score the first goal in front of the goal from corner kick, but the ball bounce back and touched his hand which apart from the goal only 30cm. After the game, we did flexibility exercises for 6 minute to prevent from injured the legs and muscles. Everyone and I were enjoyed this little game.
