Soccer game for 8 weeks workout Week#01

On Sunday morning, my community’s soccer player and I played friendly game. The game was last for 2 hours and half on the field with 3 degree outdoor game. There were many people came and played as friendly. We divided into two team as red and black team. I was in black team and I played as goal keeper and sometimes as defender to work on my improvement of blocking skill and leg cardiovascular through running and some muscle leg as chasing and blocking the opposite team. This game, my team was lose by a score with 7:6. Even though we lose, we were happy and enjoy it as the weather got a bit warmer  and warmer.
