Soccer game work out week #04

October 23rd, 2022  On Sunday morning with 13 degree warm, there were so many players played soccer which there was no spot for our team to play. Instead of waiting a long time for other stop playing, so we start ed to warm up and play on grass which hard and slippery to play because it was wet and mud almost all over the field. After 30 minutes, the other team players finish their game; then we started move to play on the turf field. This time my team was loose by 2:3 because other opponents were fast and managed to put all their players into the right position. After the game everyone enjoyed very much and happy. I did also stretching for 5 minutes long to prevent injured after the game.

Riding a bike workout week #04

 October 22nd, 2022  On Saturday morning, I rode a bike which is a good exercise or work out that helps build up my muscle leg. I rode it outside for about 50 minute with the weather of 7-9 degree cold outside, but after the ride I felt warm. I rode from my house all the way to Maisonneuve  park which is near to the Olympic stadium. I rode it around the park for 1 leap then I started to ride it to somewhere else for fun and for enjoying the different view or atmosphere during the fall season. After the ride I started to do flexibility also to prevent me from getting injured. I did it for 3 minutes. With the nice weather and view, I really enjoyed riding a bike around the city and from villes to villes.

Little walking workout week #03

 October 16, 2022 After the soccer game, my family and I went for little walk at Mount Royal with nice weather of 14 degree on Sunday in the afternoon. We took a walk for little exercise to the top of the mountain. As we got to the top, we got a bit hot, but we went to take a rest under the trees for awhile then we continued. We went to get fresh air, see the viewing of the whole city and view of maple trees in the fall season.  We  enjoyed it so much.

Soccer game work out week #03

 October 16, 2022 On Sunday in the morning,  I went to played soccer as usual. As this day our teammate were coming late, and one thing that I didn’t expected was, there were a lot of other players coming to play. Therefore, we didn’t have a field to play, so we decided to play on grass soccer field for awhile then we went back to play on the artificial turf field. With the nice and warm weather of 10 degree, our team were able to win the opponent team easily. The score was 6-3 and we enjoyed it so much. After the game was finished, I spend about 3-5 minutes to do flexibility such as seated hamstring, knees to chest and stretching the upper back arm to prevent injured or get cramp as I ran and play hardly without reflexing during the game. 

Volleyball and others sport game at Vanier college work out week #02

  October 12th, 2022, workout week #02   Under the warm weather with 13-15 degree in the late morning, I decided to go to school to play volleyball and did some other stuff as well. The reason is I heard from my friend that there were recreating sport during the study break, and since I had nothing to do so I came to play. When I entered to gym B, I didn't expect that there were many people coming on that day. As there were many people attend there, they made as team as to play, my team won the other team with 2:1. Before the game, I did some drilled and warm up to prevent any injured during the game and some flexibility exercises to prevent injured after the game to. I played volleyball for 2 hours and after that I still have some energy to play badminton for another hour and I really enjoyed it very much.

Soccer game for work out week #02

October 9th, 2022    On Sunday morning, my team and I played soccer under the raining day with 3-4 degree. Even though it was rain, but we still play with more clothes cover and some people wore hoodie during the game like me. As it was also cold, we tempted to be more active, and we tried to do more warmup and did my drilled a lot to get warmer. We played for 2 hours and this time we game opposite with the scire of 6:4. During our played, there was less rain as it got more rain at 10 o'clock. Then we stopped the game leave the field, and i also did some flexibility for 5 minutes to prevent injured of my muscle after finish playing. We enjoyed very much. 

Family trip to Mount-Tremblant work out week#01

  On the October 3rd as the Election Day, my aunt’s family and I went to Mount-Tremblant for family trip. When we arrive there, the weather is about 10 degree cold. Not just for family trip, but we did some excise s. as the half way to the top of mountain as after we rode a cable car, we went to the top of the mountain by hiking with carried of 15 pounds snack and drink. It took us almost 2 hours to get there as the mountain is too steep. Meanwhile, we did exercise to improve muscle leg and cardiovascular. When we got to the top, the first thing we did is taking a picture of the views which is very beautiful with nice weather of 14 degree sunny as it getting hot in the afternoon. We were a bit exhausted, but we enjoyed it very much.
