Riding a bike workout week #04

On Saturday morning, I rode a bike which is a good exercise or work out that helps build up my muscle leg. I rode it outside for about 50 minute with the weather of 7-9 degree cold outside, but after the ride I felt warm. I rode from my house all the way to Maisonneuve  park which is near to the Olympic stadium. I rode it around the park for 1 leap then I started to ride it to somewhere else for fun and for enjoying the different view or atmosphere during the fall season. After the ride I started to do flexibility also to prevent me from getting injured. I did it for 3 minutes. With the nice weather and view, I really enjoyed riding a bike around the city and from villes to villes.
