Little walking workout week #03

After the soccer game, my family and I went for little walk at Mount Royal with nice weather of 14 degree on Sunday in the afternoon. We took a walk for little exercise to the top of the mountain. As we got to the top, we got a bit hot, but we went to take a rest under the trees for awhile then we continued. We went to get fresh air, see the viewing of the whole city and view of maple trees in the fall season.  We  enjoyed it so much.
