Soccer game work out week #03

On Sunday in the morning,  I went to played soccer as usual. As this day our teammate were coming late, and one thing that I didn’t expected was, there were a lot of other players coming to play. Therefore, we didn’t have a field to play, so we decided to play on grass soccer field for awhile then we went back to play on the artificial turf field. With the nice and warm weather of 10 degree, our team were able to win the opponent team easily. The score was 6-3 and we enjoyed it so much. After the game was finished, I spend about 3-5 minutes to do flexibility such as seated hamstring, knees to chest and stretching the upper back arm to prevent injured or get cramp as I ran and play hardly without reflexing during the game.
