Hakmeng 8 Weeks Workout

List of the 4 answers: The specific area of weakness I remember identifying in my fitness appraisals that I want to address with my exercise program are muscular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility. My goals for this fitness program are to have fun, get stronger, look better, to stay motivative during the day and to release stress out of the body. Playing sport keeps me stay motivating and participate in and stick to my regular exercise program for all day long. Especially, playing soccer and volleyball that keeps me being active. Riding bike, hiking. Work out's exercise like muscular endurance, flexibility... which prevent me unmotivated, but I still participating in with me lack of motivate and laziness. Some sport that I don't like or don't know how to play prevent me from participating in.
